Floww Startup Guide: How to Report to Investors
How to share your Startup KPIs and metrics with VCs to be discovered and receive the funding your startup needs to flourish.
Securing funding is often a tricky and slippery slope for entrepreneurs getting their startup off the ground.
Floww aims to solve this problem for Startups, by creating a platform to connect them with Venture Capital firms based on real data and KPIs from startups globally.

Floww gives Start-ups easy and simple and quick ways to report their performance back to Investors, both Angels and VCs.
Not only can you share information and updates 24/7 about how your company is performing to the Venture Capital firms you have connected with, but you can also share performance with Angel Investors, such as friends or family, in order to keep them up to date.
Venture Capitals
To share your information with Venture Capital firms, you have to request to connect with them on the Connect page of the Floww platform.
Steps:
1. Open the Connect page of the platform and scroll through the list of Venture Capitalists. You can also filter based on Sector, Location and Funding round to get a smaller list of VCs.
2. Click the profile of a Venture Capital that you would like to share more data with.
3. Once the profile opens, you will see the option to share your Cap Table, Company profile and Company Performance page, where VCs will be able to see your KPIs.
4. Select which information you wish to share with the VC and click promote and share.
Angel Investors
To share information with Angel Investors, Floww creates a unique personalized link to share with Angels so that they can constantly be updated on your data.
Steps:
1. Go to the Connect page and click the My Angels button. If you need to create a new angel profile, hit the Add Angel Investor button and fill in their name and email address.
2. When adding a new Angel, you will be given the option to share your information with them then. If you have already created the Angel profile, you will need to click on the Angel’s name from the list in order to re-share information
3. Click the buttons for which information you want to share, including Cap Table, Performance and Company Profile, and hit Generate Link.
4. An email with a personalized link will be sent to the investor, or you may also copy and paste the link to share over other platforms. The Investor will have to use their email address to view the link, so that only they are seeing it.
Startups are able to revoke access privileges from an Angel and VC firm, by going to the Connect page, clicking the Investor/VC and clicking the buttons next to the data you wish to un-share and update, or clicking Revoke Link when removing information from Angel Investors, by clicking on their profile on the Connect page.
